Sigma DP2X Compact Digital Camera Pricing Unveiled

Do you still remember the Sigma DP2x that we mentioned in February 2011? Sigma Corporation has finally announced the pricing of this compact digicam. As a reminder, the Sigma DP2x features a 14-megapixel FOVEON X3 direct image sensor, an Analog Front End (AFE) and a high-speed auto focus. The Analog Front End (AFE) converts full color data captured with the FOVEON X3 into digital signal, allowing for the reproduction of high-definition ad richly colored images. The Sigma DP2X will be available in April 2011 with an MSRP of $800. [Sigma]
